Synopsis: A dramedy about a dysfunctional mother-daughter relationship both with disabilities. Mother is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s disease, yet, mesmerizes with renditions of songs and poems from the 1930s, and a glimpse of recognition for the deep love and friendship she has for her daughter. Louise has selective mutism paired with a fine prescription drug addiction representative of the current US prescription drug epidemic. Based on actual events, funny and melancholic, grotesque and dramatic, in a weird and wonderful Lynchian way that every mother and daughter can relate to.
